I do try to answer all of my correspondence as quickly as possible – however as pointed out in the Policy section I have work and a family so sometimes it can take a while for me to come back to people – but I do read ALL mail sent to me.
Please also note, that from time to time I do post about topics other than Exchange, however this is an Exchange Blog so there maybe occasions where I might take even longer to respond.
