I have been deploying messaging solutions with Microsoft Exchange since version 4.0 (and prior to that MSMail). Over the years I have deployed Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory solutions to over 165,000 seats and 9,000 customers. I decided to start this blog as I wished to give something back to the Exchange community as I like spending time writing articles that assist exchange administrators all around the world. |

From a work perspective I started out as an IT manager for a large Senior school in London, where in addition to his technical duties he also taught the programming elements of the Advanced Level Computer Science qualification using Object Pascal. I then joined one of London’s largest Local Government Borough’s (Hounslow) as the deputy manager of the Schools IT support service. During this period his team looked after 900 customers spread across 80 geographically separate locations, where I was later promoted to Head of Infrastructure.

I have recently focused my energies on Exchange 2007 as more and more companies are recognizing the benefits that the new message platform brings. I been involved in the design and deployment of over 25,000 seats of Exchange 2007 and consider myself to be a CCR implementation specialist for Exchange 2007..

Outside working hours you can normally find me in the MSExchange.org Forums where earlier this year I was made a Trusted Source and recently I was given the opportunity to join the Moderator team, which includes such distinguished personalities as Henrik Walther and Mark Arnold.

I do try to answer as many people as possible, however if you are trying to sell me Viagra, or have an opinion on the size of my genitals – its too late – my wife has already said all that needs to be in that aspect and cornered the market so to speak so don’t bother.
