Although SmartStart 8.00 now supports Windows 2008 I've had difficulty getting it to recognise the media at the /mount/dvd screen. Not sure why that is and neither is HP support. But following your procedure has enabled me to setup 2008 on an HP DL360 G5. cheers Rich thanks for the Tip.
